    @GetSpectrum please tell me how a bill can go up $27 in two months with no explanation!! Been customer for 3 yrs always pay on time . We called and were told we could get a better deal if we canceled and started back up ! Not good! Losing business and we will got to @hulu

    My internet has been out since we discovered it this morning at 7am. We have an outage every 3 weeks or so. Remind me why I'm paying $70 a month. @Ask_Spectrum

    @Ask_Spectrum Im having an issue with my rate increasing for no reason. Combine that with being treated like shit by your people over the phone - i intend to cancel the service in favor of the cheaper, faster att uverse.

    Shout out @GetSpectrum internet for going out 1 minute and 28 seconds into my final exam today. So glad I pay $70 a month for this wet garbage of an internet “service”. You guys literally have one job and can’t even do it.

    All day Netflix keeps crashing, and the damn internet has went out twice within the hour. So glad @GetSpectrum has the spottiest coverage. I’ve never dealt with the amount of outages we’ve had since moving here. 🙄

    @Starlink After switching to @Starlink, I can't see myself ever going back to terrestrial internet. I have a large family and we game, stream, and video call with zero issues while paying less than I was for @GetSpectrum.

    @Ask_Spectrum .@Ask_Spectrum The service is finally back, but that doesn't fix the 7+ hours wasted or the 5 high-stakes calls your "fix" jeopardized. A $6 credit for that level of disruption is a joke. Is that really how you value a professional's time?
