I called the number they gave me, the agent passed me to a second agent after 5 minutes of saying she could do nothing, and after waiting for 20 minutes on hold for the 2nd agent I was disconnected.

You sell an idea about being better but I’ve only run into issue after issue with you and none of it was anything I did incorrectly. I’m incredibly annoyed.
