I was with TWC/SPECTRUM for 15 years didnt enjoy HULU. They provided a 24 mth new special to go back. 119.00 internet and gold package cable.

I called to see what’s up at 2:45, they told me 30mins and he would be here. Now they tried offering me $20 for my inconvenience. Seriously?!? Just going to cancel it

I have screenshots. Requesting review + confirmation the appointment is canceled.

After "fixing" my internet last week, it repeatedly booted me from meetings with 3 CEOs & 2 podcasts. They jeopardized my credibility, wasted 7+ hours of my time with techs, and offered a $6 credit.
