    @RL_Bynum @albhood @DocHeelfire Spectrum will try to help with incentives. New subscribers especially. I was with TWC/SPECTRUM for 15 years didnt enjoy HULU. They provided a 24 mth new special to go back. 119.00 internet and gold package cable.

    @GetSpectrum yall ******* suck. Every day WiFi quits working for a bit and now it’s not working at all. What am I paying for if 75% of the time it’s not working. Yall have had techs change equipment and still the same thing always happens

    @GetSpectrum ridiculous and sad. The smashing of outrages and lost connection I’ve had in the last two weeks is insane. I’m so done with the internet, phone service. I continually cannot complete grad school work. This may definitely be the last month with you all. It’s been out

    @Ask_Spectrum Been on hold for close to ten minutes and no sign of help. Several neighbors don’t have service and spectrum is no help.
