Each time I have to reexplain myself in order to have the person say they need to transfer me. I literally need my internet transferred to a new house. Is that hard?

So no problem, I wait a week (with no phone) and call back (5 times) and finally get someone and turns out someone submitted an invoice but it’s blank.

Misbegotten (@Mis_begotten1) reported@GetSpectrum Now they are refusing to give me the memory upgrade. They are telling me to pay an extra $200 for their carriers destruction of the phone. Spent hours on the phone, escalated to corporate etc. Apparently decided $200 is worth more than a 5 year customer spending $250 a month.

But you won't let me get a modem because I have a past due balance. But I'm still being charged for the Internet I can't access. Really?
