    So then @Ask_Spectrum said they had to send me a replacement SIM card. This was last week. So no problem, I wait a week (with no phone) and call back (5 times) and finally get someone and turns out someone submitted an invoice but it’s blank.

    Wondering if I’ll be able to work tomorrow or if I’ll have to use a PTO day (or find a way into an office that doesn’t have a cube for me)... all thanks to the massive @Ask_Spectrum outage. Amazing how something so simple can disrupt a life.

    Hey @Ask_Spectrum I’m confused. How does an existing customer have an exclusive offer for Internet + TV for $44.99 each but the sales rep says my internet will stay the same and that offer is only for new customers? 🤔 @GetSpectrum

    @BPSuthard @ATT @wsoctv @wcnc @FOX46News @SpecNewsCLT @GetSpectrum @WCCBCharlotte @HuntersvilleGOV The utility company gets paid $35 a foot for that work. Any damages will be paid. 15 of my customers (I’m a landscaper) had stuff like this and i submitted a bill and it was paid no issues.

    .@Ask_Spectrum Internet has been slow for weeks, now it’s completely down. Hard for my wife to do her job without Internet. We never receive credits when we lose service. That sort of thing should be standard.

    @ask_spectrum I wake up to no internet service. You are so unreliable. I am so fed up with your lack of concern for how frequent I lose service. It’s the end of year and I don’t have time for this.

    So a few months ago I signed up for @GetSpectrum mobile from Verizon. Sales process... no difference, using the network, not bad everything is awesome. Price ... literally half. Turns out all their savings is in customer service

    Why is @Ask_Spectrum customer service the actual worst. Seriously. I have been transferred four times. Each time I have to reexplain myself in order to have the person say they need to transfer me. I literally need my internet transferred to a new house. Is that hard?

    @Ask_Spectrum We tried calling. You sold a product, but the customer would like to return it. Could have bought it at Walmart and returned it no problem. You might lose a customer over now. I’d change the sales technique ASAP. They promised they could return it within 14 days. We checked.

    @comporium is the worst internet service provider! They are unreliable and simply don’t care to do better. I want @GetSpectrum! Can’t wait until their contract is over in my city! I’m getting Spectrum!

I'm currently decently happy with Spectrum service here and not personally complaining, mainly because we don't use your ****** routers and I have full control over my local network. It's just funny

    Had @GetSpectrum come fix internet last week. Tech noticed I was billed $10 a month for router I don’t have. For over 5 years. Called Spectrum. We’ll take $10 off from now on. Give you $10 for last month. Her supervisor got it up to $120. Me: Call me back I am not happy

    @ItsTomMitchell @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum Too late at this point but maybe will help for future - certain national games are also broadcast locally, and when that’s the case they black out the game on the national network in market so people can/will watch the local broadcast. Tonight was on MSG in market, TNT elsewhere

    @GetSpectrum Now they are refusing to give me the memory upgrade. They are telling me to pay an extra $200 for their carriers destruction of the phone. Spent hours on the phone, escalated to corporate etc. Apparently decided $200 is worth more than a 5 year customer spending $250 a month.

    @GetSpectrum yall ******* suck. Every day WiFi quits working for a bit and now it’s not working at all. What am I paying for if 75% of the time it’s not working. Yall have had techs change equipment and still the same thing always happens

    @GetSpectrum when I pay for an APP for FOX10 you can’t block any of the channels. You didn’t have FOX channels when I had Spectrum TV and I could only watch on my IPad. You ********. You can’t last 7 days without going down. People just keep leaving you in my area. #Uverse.
