My Xbox and PC are both plugged in directly and are having the same issue. I wouldn’t have sent you a pic before verifying first. The issue here is the inconsistency.

Sheriff has been here due to lines in road. Fire department came next. Only one that hasn't arrived is Spectrum. They cant arrive until tomorrow. Wow!!

You didn’t have FOX channels when I had Spectrum TV and I could only watch on my IPad. You ********. You can’t last 7 days without going down. People just keep leaving you in my area. #Uverse.

Called the supervisor who said he'd call me at 5pm. Guess what? No call. So no... You wouldn't love to assist me and that's been the case for 6 years now.
