    I am very disappointed in the customer service that my husband and I have received with @GetSpectrum during a time like this the customer service reps should be kinder. We are all going through something.

    @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum , It’s beyond me how your services go out frequently and yet there is never an adjustment in my bill for the inconvenience. It’s WEEKLY. If I caused this much inconvenience to my customers you bet your wifi I would give them something for their trouble

    Third outage was just now. For first two outages was able to watch on my iPhone but not the same experience as 50 inch TV. @GetSpectrum do better. /2

    I roll over in bed and my WiFi signal strength drop from Great to Good. It's annoying. My @Ask_Spectrum internet seems to be getting progressively slower. Can't even stream music to a Google Home without an insane amount of buffering.

    @GetSpectrum finally I received a tech that fixed my issue. (Hopefully) I have called atleast 3 times a month and still had issues. Bernard was professional and explained the issue and seemed to fixed it!!!

    @Ask_Spectrum I've already had a tech who told me the issue was being escalated to his supervisor. Didn't hear anything for a week. Called the supervisor who said he'd call me at 5pm. Guess what? No call. So no... You wouldn't love to assist me and that's been the case for 6 years now.

    Why is #Spectrum so unreliable lately? Another outage ruining watching the end of the Masters for Spectrum gets zero stars, would not recommend. For what we pay this shouldn’t happen all the time. @Ask_Spectrum

    @MeyerShankRac @GetSpectrum .@GetSpectrum is a professional liability. After "fixing" my internet last week, it repeatedly booted me from meetings with 3 CEOs & 2 podcasts. They jeopardized my credibility, wasted 7+ hours of my time with techs, and offered a $6 credit. Insulting. 🚮 #Spectrum #Fail

    @GetSpectrum Now they are refusing to give me the memory upgrade. They are telling me to pay an extra $200 for their carriers destruction of the phone. Spent hours on the phone, escalated to corporate etc. Apparently decided $200 is worth more than a 5 year customer spending $250 a month.

    @GetSpectrum you are the worst internet provider of all time. Why would you shut down my internet for 3 freaking hours to “perform maintenance” and expect me to still pay you $60 freaking dollars. Worst provider, and I am over you. Bills too high and you do stuff like this

    @GetSpectrum there was a internet outage in my area. Now normally I would just get reimbursed for the outage. But considering I work at home - I want to be reimbursed for the hours I didn’t get paid. Cause how in THEEE 🌎 do yall expect payment for services not received

    @k1rallik @Lorjayzee6 @GetSpectrum raises their price anywhere between $5to $20 every few months. They tell you all the streaming apps are free but at the current constantly rising prices maintaining service is becoming untenable.

    @Ask_Spectrum I haven't changed my mind lol. I've been trying to get help for years. What would you do differently than send a tech out yourself? Because I just had one out. That makes around 10 of them in 6 years. Still having the exact same issue too... Just pathetic service really.
