    @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Hello, is anybody there? Almost hour 6 of no service and no updates since 12:34am CT. You guys better not hose me out of credit for this outage, like you did on the last one. You guys love new customers, but existing customers are treated very poorly.

    @GetSpectrum Please don’t! Been with them almost two years and they can’t even take a payment then call and act like you didn’t pay! Mike and Kelly ( the supervisors) were no help after hours on the phone. They actually were pretty rude.

    Incredibly disappointed in @GetSpectrum as I was told I was renting the Apple TV box. Found out I was making payments on it and now I’m stuck still paying for it even though I don’t need it. Hope 7.99/mnth is worth losing a customer.

    @Ask_Spectrum we have called 3 times over 24+ hours about TV and internet not working . Never received call back and have heard again that we will receive a call before 9:30am tomorrow . Same response yesterday. This is getting old!

    So I signed up for @Ask_Spectrum promo, they screwed it up, changed it, told me wrong bill amount 5 times; and are now saying it’s my fault and I have to pay the new way higher amount? Now telling me I have to wait an hour to talk to someone because they know I’m right. Garbage

    What the hell @ATTHelp at no time did you tell me that there was a cap on the amount of Internet I could use per month in my house. So obviously I should cancel your service and move to @GetSpectrum who doesn't have any caps.

    @Ask_Spectrum your killing my Saturday. First your techs wake me up at 8am stomping around in the apartment above me, then this afternoon there’s an outage that’s lasted almost 6 hours now... I just want to watch Netflix 😭😭

    Had @GetSpectrum come fix internet last week. Tech noticed I was billed $10 a month for router I don’t have. For over 5 years. Called Spectrum. We’ll take $10 off from now on. Give you $10 for last month. Her supervisor got it up to $120. Me: Call me back I am not happy

    @Ask_Spectrum, for the last 2 weeks Marshalls does not show up when it's supposed to. Today, it's 60 minutes, but the menu says Marshalls. Please fix it.
