    @infamousmd1 @Ask_Spectrum Too far from the junction box and that they can’t do anything about it, and if I bought a router it would help. It has not helped, I just wish I could go back to the router/box combo because that worked better than the replacement or the router I purchased

    @ATTHelp Great but add the fact I’ve hit “record” on the #UVerse app only to find “DVR not connected or available”. I’m out. @GetSpectrum was pricy and had issues but they fulfilled their promises. I’m heading back.

    @GetSpectrum help me understand. I have a gentleman come to my door over a month ago trying to sell your service. I was interested and he was to get back with me to see if he could beat what I was currently paying with another provider. I don't hear anything or agree

    @Ask_Spectrum I didn’t get any credit last time when the outage, caused by vandalism, was well over 4 hours. My services have now been down for just over 4 hours again. Will I receive any amount of credit this time?

    Just had the WORST customer service experience with @GetSpectrum internet service. Spent 25 minutes just trying to transfer my service to my new apartment while fighting off pushy and rude sales reps. My experience has now induced me to consider a new internet company.

    Incredibly disappointed in @GetSpectrum as I was told I was renting the Apple TV box. Found out I was making payments on it and now I’m stuck still paying for it even though I don’t need it. Hope 7.99/mnth is worth losing a customer.

    Currently chillin in line at the Overland park @GetSpectrum location, and the lack of human decency being dished out to the workers here customers here is just awful. Props to the workers as they showed the biggest display of patience I’ve seen in quite some time.

    @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Hello, is anybody there? Almost hour 6 of no service and no updates since 12:34am CT. You guys better not hose me out of credit for this outage, like you did on the last one. You guys love new customers, but existing customers are treated very poorly.

    @Ask_Spectrum Can you clarify if the internet is out because of an outage or because of maintenance please? Saw a message about maintenance lasting until 5am MT which is ridiculous.

    @Ask_Spectrum I was supposed to be signed up to receive outage alerts…services went down around 3-4am and no alert was sent! Estimated time to restore is 1130am central time…what the heck is going on?

    So I signed up for @Ask_Spectrum promo, they screwed it up, changed it, told me wrong bill amount 5 times; and are now saying it’s my fault and I have to pay the new way higher amount? Now telling me I have to wait an hour to talk to someone because they know I’m right. Garbage

    @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum This is now my 4th message to you. The “minimum” outage time for a bill credit is apparently 4 hours. This latest outage lasted 8 hours and change (for me) & is still affecting others. What, if anything, is going to be done to make this right?

    @Ask_Spectrum .@Ask_Spectrum The service is finally back, but that doesn't fix the 7+ hours wasted or the 5 high-stakes calls your "fix" jeopardized. A $6 credit for that level of disruption is a joke. Is that really how you value a professional's time?

    @Ask_Spectrum Can Spectrum suck any worse? No one at Spectrum technical support knows anything about its Internet Security Shield! The only control I have is to turn it ON/OFF. Ridiculous!
