    What the hell @ATTHelp at no time did you tell me that there was a cap on the amount of Internet I could use per month in my house. So obviously I should cancel your service and move to @GetSpectrum who doesn't have any caps.

    @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Hello, is anybody there? Almost hour 6 of no service and no updates since 12:34am CT. You guys better not hose me out of credit for this outage, like you did on the last one. You guys love new customers, but existing customers are treated very poorly.

    @Ask_Spectrum deceived once again. Was put on hold for 54 minutes this morning. Told a price and got confirmation for service. Was emailed a higher price. Called and was told too bad.

    @Ask_Spectrum I pay entirely too much for my WiFi for it to be this awful. It’s so slow. We can’t even stream YouTube clearly, it’s so bad. This is ridiculous. It just keeps buffering. We’ve restarted it. It doesn’t help. Can someone help?

    @Ask_Spectrum was told not to restart my boxes cuz if I do it will go back to the E-3 and I’ll be without service for several hours, Throw the whole service away

    @Ask_Spectrum I was supposed to be signed up to receive outage alerts…services went down around 3-4am and no alert was sent! Estimated time to restore is 1130am central time…what the heck is going on?

    @Ask_Spectrum I didn’t get any credit last time when the outage, caused by vandalism, was well over 4 hours. My services have now been down for just over 4 hours again. Will I receive any amount of credit this time?

    @GetSpectrum help me understand. I have a gentleman come to my door over a month ago trying to sell your service. I was interested and he was to get back with me to see if he could beat what I was currently paying with another provider. I don't hear anything or agree

    @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Hello again for the 3rd time. Now going on hour 8 of no service. TV is finally working again, but internet service is still down. Estimated resolution time of 9am CT which would make it 10 hours of no service. At this point account credit is required!

    @infamousmd1 @Ask_Spectrum Too far from the junction box and that they can’t do anything about it, and if I bought a router it would help. It has not helped, I just wish I could go back to the router/box combo because that worked better than the replacement or the router I purchased

    @ATTHelp Great but add the fact I’ve hit “record” on the #UVerse app only to find “DVR not connected or available”. I’m out. @GetSpectrum was pricy and had issues but they fulfilled their promises. I’m heading back.

    @GetSpectrum there was a internet outage in my area. Now normally I would just get reimbursed for the outage. But considering I work at home - I want to be reimbursed for the hours I didn’t get paid. Cause how in THEEE 🌎 do yall expect payment for services not received

    Had @GetSpectrum come fix internet last week. Tech noticed I was billed $10 a month for router I don’t have. For over 5 years. Called Spectrum. We’ll take $10 off from now on. Give you $10 for last month. Her supervisor got it up to $120. Me: Call me back I am not happy
