They basically ASK customers to leave, rather than trying to keep them. I’d encourage anyone to look at literally any other option for TV or internet.

Was offered a told I was ineligible for promotional rate and my internet rate would be $65 higher than what is offered online. Unless you can help, I’m terminating all services.
