    @chrislhayes @Ask_Spectrum Spectrum is hot garbage, that’s why. The worst customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve been a customer of Comcast and AT&T Wireless.

    Gotta say - of all the customer experiences - @Ask_Spectrum is legitimately the worst. They basically ASK customers to leave, rather than trying to keep them. I’d encourage anyone to look at literally any other option for TV or internet.

    @Ask_Spectrum Just got off the phone with them and am scheduled for disconnect. Just a shame Spectrum doesn’t value current customers and would rather ask us to leave than honor promotions they are running. Feel free to have someone reach out if they think they can help!

    @Ask_Spectrum No. I done. Too many visits to fix and still failures since having to change to new mandatory cable boxes for each TV. They are terrible.

    @GetSpectrum 2.5 years of being loyal/paying on time & you place restrictions on my account from changing card #s twice in 45 days; a company merger & a lost card. Not once did I get a notice payments didn’t post but yet you always got my money! Great customer service! 👎🤬👎

    @Ask_Spectrum Just got off the phone with customer service. Looking to terminate TV service but keep internet. Was offered a told I was ineligible for promotional rate and my internet rate would be $65 higher than what is offered online. Unless you can help, I’m terminating all services.

    @MeyerShankRac @GetSpectrum .@GetSpectrum is a professional liability. After "fixing" my internet last week, it repeatedly booted me from meetings with 3 CEOs & 2 podcasts. They jeopardized my credibility, wasted 7+ hours of my time with techs, and offered a $6 credit. Insulting. 🚮 #Spectrum #Fail

    @GetSpectrum when I pay for an APP for FOX10 you can’t block any of the channels. You didn’t have FOX channels when I had Spectrum TV and I could only watch on my IPad. You ********. You can’t last 7 days without going down. People just keep leaving you in my area. #Uverse.

    @Ask_Spectrum Less than 20 hours later, internet service is gone again. Apologies are just excuses when you need to work but you can’t because the internet services company don’t give a **** about his service. If you don’t care your customers I do with mines. It just sucks.

    @Ask_Spectrum .@Ask_Spectrum The service is finally back, but that doesn't fix the 7+ hours wasted or the 5 high-stakes calls your "fix" jeopardized. A $6 credit for that level of disruption is a joke. Is that really how you value a professional's time?
