Tbh if CenturyLink had fiber in my area I'd switch in a heartbeat. It costs 65 a month for fiber compared to 100+ for Cox.

I’m so touched they called me for help. It was like a call from my kids I loved them calling me as a group to coordinate a release plan so the aren’t homeless

Didn’t happen. “Customer service” apologized and rescheduled for Monday, the 6th. Shortly after I received text/email advising me of my upcoming appointment on the 7th. If you have an option other than Centurylink take it. My neighborhood hasn’t until recently. Now I’m going to Starlink and good riddance Centurylink

The time before that was 10 days and at the end they denied that there even was an outage. Worst provider for sure.

It’s their word against yours! Keep billing my in-laws, that have passed away for four months now! Don’t believe them!
