Aubpocalypse🌊🌊🌊 (@the_con_cept) reported from Centennial, Colorado@cjsturgis777 @Xfinity I've contacted Centurylink, ot looks like it's the only other service available here. It's a pain, but seriously, **** comcast. They ******* at me because my mother's payment was late. I yelled, "THAT'S BECAUSE SHE'S DEAD!" They kept trying to get money from a corpse for a year.

Briän with an umlaut (@brphillips) reported from Highlands Ranch, Colorado@munizeli0204 @CenturyLinkHelp We’ve been down in Highlands Ranch 80126 since 10:15 a.m. Seems like a service provider might, you know, post some proactive status updates via their Twitter feed when there is an outage.
-
Ellen Ruble (@wrigleydog) reported from Greenwood Village, Colorado@jimbcbs4 @CenturyLink @Xfinity worse. My Email was compromised today. Received over 2000 Spam emails from all over the world since 1:20 and they have given me little help. Not my computer, my email via their server. 4 hours on the phone with various personnel and supervisors. All for $370 a month

So I'm without internet all based on CenturyLink lack of coordination. Any they can't fix (restore) it over the weekend they say. -Unhappy customer
-
Jeff B (@Buffs_Broncos) reported from Highlands Ranch, Colorado@CenturyLink @CenturyLinkHelp So my email address that I have had for 7-years gets deleted without warning last night and after an hour plus chat session this morning and chat session currently over an hour right now, still no resolution. Please fix this!

Keavey (@Keavey) reported from Centennial, ColoradoDefinitely thought @CenturyLink would have improved its customer service after their class action lawsuit. Alas, here we are, misleading customers about charges and denying agreements were ever offered through legit ad campaigns
-
Eric Rodwell (@ericrodwell) reported from Parker, Colorado@CenturyLinkHelp is it true that if service is cancelled with you that the email address is also cancelled? My mom is going into a nursing home and can’t have service but would like to keep her email address
-
Parker Smart (@SpilledMilkCOM) reported from Highlands Ranch, Colorado@shanselman We only have CenturyLink in our neighborhood. 40Mb down and 2Mb up, theoretically. These days it’s more like 26 down and 0.5 up and of course the DNS lag makes EVERYTHING slow.
-
Patrick Mooney (@patrick_mooney) reported from Parker, Colorado@CenturyLinkHelp Already had all the technical assistance I need. Tweet was an objection to customer service, not a request for troubleshooting. I don’t need tech support, I need a new ISP.
-
Mark Schlueter مارك (@Sloot2070) reported from Parker, ColoradoI am pretty sure @centurylink is the worst company for customer service I have ever seen and that takes a lot. In 5 days they cannot send out a return label for a modem

Edward Dziuk (@ed_dziuk) reported@quantumfiber A CenturyLink / Quantum Fiber tech told me their network is “incompatible” with third-party firewalls (specifically Ubiquiti) and that their router can’t do true passthrough. That’s simply not accurate. Fiber is delivered over standard Ethernet/IP. Passthrough / bridge / PPPoE handoff is routine, and Ubiquiti gateways are commonly deployed as edge devices. “Unsupported by field techs” ≠ “technically impossible.” This sounds like a training or policy issue, not a networking one.
-
silk toad (@silkt0ad) reported@quantumfiber I was forced to switch from CenturyLink to this by you all and now my WiFi doesn’t work at all. The customer support lines are all clogged up or down. Please help me.
-
Rick Sudd (@RickSuddpwij) reported@CenturyLink I think CenturyLink makes it almost impossible to cancel service and they continue sending bills running up a higher bill to a service we no longer need or use
-
Jason Empey 🇺🇸 (@Bodiethegreat) reported@CenturyLink Cannot believe this company bills customers for MONTHS after their death, with monthly phone calls to resolve, and nothing! Customer Service ‘Supervisor’ was a complete *******! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Rob Leathern (@robleathern) reported@uwukko If you’re using your ISP’s or carrier’s DNS servers, they can see every domain you look up. ECH doesn’t help with that at all. For ECH to actually hide your destinations, you need the full stack: 1.Encrypted DNS (DoH or DoT) pointed at a third-party resolver like Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), Google (8.8.8.8), Quad9, etc. 2.ECH support in your browser 3.ECH support on the website If any of those are missing, there’s a leak. Using your carrier’s default DNS is the most common gap—they see every query in plaintext, By default, all three major US carriers use their own DNS servers when you’re on their cellular network. Your phone automatically receives the carrier’s DNS server addresses via DHCP when it connects. The major home ISPs use their own DNS servers by default, and queries are unencrypted. Spectrum (Charter), Comcast/Xfinity, AT&T Fiber/Internet, Verizon Fios, Cox, CenturyLink/Lumen. The pattern is universal: ISPs provide their DNS as the default because it’s useful for them.

Me (@thatdaniliff) reported@CenturyLink / @quantumfiber can change their name as many times as they’d like but their fiber internet is just garbage. It just stops working constantly and they always say it looks fine to them *from their call center that isn’t at my house*
-
Jon Smith 🇺🇸 (@hueyr09) reported@metronetfiber so, you have people installing down the road, my internet goes out, and then I have to miss three hours of work for a tech to come figure out what your people a block away did? Horrible. No better than CenturyLink or Mediacom
-
037 (@037LAW) reported@BidensDirtyDypr @0xdippo @Starlink We were using microwave RF fixed wireless internet, getting 25 mbps down/5 up. Before that was CenturyLink DSL rarely above 2.0 mbps. We tried HughesNet, and it was abysmal. With Starlink, we're consistently over 100 mbps at 35ms, for the same price as microwave fixed wireless.
-
Filthy Patriot (@filthypatriot) reported@CenturyLink Hey @quantumfiber @ATT Centurylink says this is your fault. Your tech support keeps telling me it is Centurylink. ATT bought my libes from Centurylink. Att has some type of cap on my fiber service. Care to fix it so I receive the service I pay for?
