    I am pretty sure @centurylink is the worst company for customer service I have ever seen and that takes a lot. In 5 days they cannot send out a return label for a modem

    @CenturyLinkHelp Already had all the technical assistance I need. Tweet was an objection to customer service, not a request for troubleshooting. I don’t need tech support, I need a new ISP.

    @CenturyLinkHelp is it true that if service is cancelled with you that the email address is also cancelled? My mom is going into a nursing home and can’t have service but would like to keep her email address

    @CenturyLinkHelp #centurylink moved my apt move appointment at the last minute, but did not move my cutoff from the old location. So I'm without internet all based on CenturyLink lack of coordination. Any they can't fix (restore) it over the weekend they say. -Unhappy customer

    @CenturyLink Hey @quantumfiber @ATT Centurylink says this is your fault. Your tech support keeps telling me it is Centurylink. ATT bought my libes from Centurylink. Att has some type of cap on my fiber service. Care to fix it so I receive the service I pay for?

    @CenturyLink Hour 48 of no service from @CenturyLink told yet again by customer service that the will not send a technician out to fix the issue working from home is great when the internet goes out but not for this long #internet #centurylink #sucks

    I got my @CenturyLink back on. I need a plain old telephone service (copper, works without power). My confirmation number says it’s an Internet phone. The number is 1024344139 The technician comes out April 8.

    Absolutely zero ETA on a fix. Being run around to various people. Told that they sold our local fiber internet to AT&T so now it's their problem. Uhm??? What??? Centurylink, do better. Over 24 hours with no internet and ofc will be charged full billing amount.

    @CenturyLink @JizzleTizzle You have a lumen routing problem. Started on Saturday. Still an issue now. Using a VPN corrects it. I should not need to use a VPN.

    @CenturyLink Cannot believe this company bills customers for MONTHS after their death, with monthly phone calls to resolve, and nothing! Customer Service ‘Supervisor’ was a complete *******! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
