    @CenturyLinkHelp I can't believe the horrible customer service and how unorganized @CenturyLink is. I'm trying to become a customer and you guys can't do the job!! Agents lied to me saying service would start Saturday, then again today... its incredible how bad you are!!

    @jimbcbs4 @CenturyLink @Xfinity worse. My Email was compromised today. Received over 2000 Spam emails from all over the world since 1:20 and they have given me little help. Not my computer, my email via their server. 4 hours on the phone with various personnel and supervisors. All for $370 a month

    I need new internet service in Denver ASAP. @CenturyLink isn’t cutting it, I’m getting almost hourly outages and that’s 100% not okay for someone working from home. This has been an issue since we started service but it’s getting progressively worse. I’m mad mad.

    WTF @CenturyLink and @netflix I pay for almost a gig of speed and have had nothing but problems. I work from home. Your Customer service is a playbook stand alone. I know more than them.

    @munizeli0204 @CenturyLinkHelp We’ve been down in Highlands Ranch 80126 since 10:15 a.m. Seems like a service provider might, you know, post some proactive status updates via their Twitter feed when there is an outage.

    @CenturyLinkHelp I have been having internet issues for over a week. I call and they say it’s fixed. Two minutes later it’s back. I think I need a replacement for the modem which keeps dropping. Any advice here?

    @shanselman We only have CenturyLink in our neighborhood. 40Mb down and 2Mb up, theoretically. These days it’s more like 26 down and 0.5 up and of course the DNS lag makes EVERYTHING slow.

    @CenturyLink Hey @quantumfiber @ATT Centurylink says this is your fault. Your tech support keeps telling me it is Centurylink. ATT bought my libes from Centurylink. Att has some type of cap on my fiber service. Care to fix it so I receive the service I pay for?

    @SysFailure0x5a @dom_lucre Based on current reports from Downdetector and news sources (e.g., KRON4, SFGate, Hindustan Times), Verizon outages on Aug 31, 2025, are nationwide, with hotspots in Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York City, Minneapolis, Orlando, Miami, Boston, and Tampa. No sources confirm a BGP issue; Verizon attributes it to a software problem. Common backhaul for Verizon: - Midwest (Chicago, Minneapolis): Often Verizon fiber or AT&T. - Southeast (Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, Tampa): Verizon fiber, Lumen (CenturyLink). - East Coast (NYC, Boston): Verizon fiber, AT&T. - West Coast (LA): Verizon fiber, Lumen.     @CenturyLink She pays about $80 a month. Life long customer. I'm advising her to cancel if the fee isn't waived. It's only $16 but it's the principle. All her other services- cell phone, cable, utilities- have waived the fee.

    @ATTHelp The first @CenturyLink rep I talked to must’ve reset my modem to the original b/f they told me 2x that I wasn’t under their account. I spoke w/ AT&T main customer service & thou he couldn’t find my info, he walked me through options & I was able to find the original password

    @CenturyLink Another scam is @CenturyLink phone service. They ignore the Do Not Call Registry so that they can sell you a $17/mo call screening service. There should be a class action law suit against @CenturyLink
