My tech was suppose to arrive between 12-415, no one ever showed up & no on has been in contact. So I reached out to get help on this & your rep just ended the chat mid conversation.. so rude

I’m okay with mid the speed i pay for, but this is just plain ripping off the consumer. I hace texted tech service as requested for quick response NADA NOTHING I also have 100Mbps Centurylink SO

For years it kept cutting out I changed everything numerous times , still had the same problem finally changed to centurylink much better , still slow on weekends though. I know it’s frustrating .
