    @dsilverman I pay $85 for Centurylink fiber, but that gets me 900+ up and down on the iMac, which is hard-wired, and 118/41 currently on the eero mesh at the farthest point in the house from a node. Usually, up is not that slow.

    @CenturyLinkHelp @CenturyLink my mom hasn’t had Wifi for 13 days now after repeated requests and reach outs to you. You seem to think it’s acceptable to charge her for this outage time and lack of meaningful response. Completely disappointing and unacceptable experience.

    @CenturyLink @CenturyLinkHelp absolutely disgusting. Three calls, texts, emails... I do what you ask and you don’t show up. Then tour supervisor ignores my call. Number 1 service.... no chance.

    @CenturyLinkHelp Simplify online accounts so all of my bills are in one location. Also it would be helpful if your employees actually tried to assist customers. We all understand telecommunications have no competition so you openly treat us like shit because we have no other options.

    @CenturyLink why does it take over an hour on hold, 7 people, 6 phone calls on 3 different days for help. Then I had to take a day off of work for a service call that never happened and no one called to tell me. Worst company ever!

    @CenturyLinkHelp Our routers at both locations crap out after 6-9 months. Why is it the internet company charges so much ($250/mo) and cannot provide a router/modem that last more than a year. Both locations have this problem.

    @CenturyLinkHelp Service interruption since Friday, August 16th. This outage occurred on the same day our neighbor had CenturyLink service installed. I was told that we needed an on-site technician and they won’t be available until 10 days later (July 25th between 8:30a - 7:15p).

    @CenturyLink our internet has now been out over 24hrs. My wife called last night (after 12hrs no service) & was told it will be fixed in about an hour. I called this AM and was told by Thurs. My neighbor was told Wed. You need to do better! We stay with you for your customer...

    I got my @CenturyLink back on. I need a plain old telephone service (copper, works without power). My confirmation number says it’s an Internet phone. The number is 1024344139 The technician comes out April 8.

    @lumentechco has exceptionally bright people in customer service. Following is a true exchange on Sep 15, 2025 with a @quantumfiber supervisor after a business gets an email saying the Internet connection will be “upgraded” from @CenturyLink fiber to Quantum Fiber (brands both owned by Lumen). Q: Will the migration from CenturyLink to Quantum Fiber put the account behind CG NAT -- Carrier Grade Network Translation? A: No Q: Do you know what CG NAT is? A: No Q: Can I talk to some one who knows about networking? A: Our company does not do networking. Note: The “upgrade” also includes the removal of (and no ability to get back) value-added services, such as static-IP numbers.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience with @CenturyLink. My father passed away on February 13. His account was closed, yet my mother's receiving bills on the closed account. When I contacted support, the response was essentially: “the final amount still needs 2 be paid.” No empathy.

    Absolutely zero ETA on a fix. Being run around to various people. Told that they sold our local fiber internet to AT&T so now it's their problem. Uhm??? What??? Centurylink, do better. Over 24 hours with no internet and ofc will be charged full billing amount.
