TFleet #ALLIN (@TFleet_All_in) reported from Cape Coral, Florida@CenturyLinkHelp Your system of not accepting Repair Tickets until after the outage is cleared is a backwards thinking process. It will be a free-for-All once you figure it out. If we already know we have a line disconnected from the house how about put us in the queue!
-

-
Alex De Toro (@DeToro_3) reported from Three Oaks, Florida@CenturyLink i still have ZERO wifi with a final paper due tonight. It’s to the point your $85 wifi is hindering my $4,000 semester. We’ve tried calling support and get no help.
-
𝕱𝖆𝖎𝖙𝖍™️ (@FF_LeapOfFaith) reported from Villas, FloridaOn Saturday, @CenturyLink told me “a technician will be out on 4/14 to work on your issue.” Five minutes ago, I got a text/email saying that my technician was on the way. Today is NOT 4/14, and now I have to rush home — and hopefully not miss them — because they messed up. 😡

Joe Hahn (@JHahn7837) reported@CenturyLink transitioning to @quantumfiber is not going well at all. My service has now been suspended for non-payment which was on auto pay. My CenturyLink account has been canceled and my account with Quantum is not active either. My Internet provider canceled me.

Rob Leathern (@robleathern) reported@uwukko If you’re using your ISP’s or carrier’s DNS servers, they can see every domain you look up. ECH doesn’t help with that at all. For ECH to actually hide your destinations, you need the full stack: 1.Encrypted DNS (DoH or DoT) pointed at a third-party resolver like Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), Google (8.8.8.8), Quad9, etc. 2.ECH support in your browser 3.ECH support on the website If any of those are missing, there’s a leak. Using your carrier’s default DNS is the most common gap—they see every query in plaintext, By default, all three major US carriers use their own DNS servers when you’re on their cellular network. Your phone automatically receives the carrier’s DNS server addresses via DHCP when it connects. The major home ISPs use their own DNS servers by default, and queries are unencrypted. Spectrum (Charter), Comcast/Xfinity, AT&T Fiber/Internet, Verizon Fios, Cox, CenturyLink/Lumen. The pattern is universal: ISPs provide their DNS as the default because it’s useful for them.
-
ITRonnieOnnie (@ITRonnieOnnie) reported@CenturyLink why does it take a billion freakin years to get crap done?
-
Ravi Nayyar (@ravirockks) reported'The firm says its solutions are used by service providers, enterprises and critical infrastructure organizations. Its website lists BT, Verizon, Deutsche Telekom, CenturyLink, TalkTalk, Softbank, and Tata as its customers, along with the US Department of Defense and [LA].
-
no name (@dinarlvr) reported@DerrickEvans4WV CenturyLink has a filter that gets rid of 99.9% of those calls. Those are robo dialers and the AI catches them and makes them manually enter the number they're trying to call. We get maybe 1 of those robo calls a month. Usually let it go to VM and they hang up.
-
Zach Christopherson (@zach_data) reported@CenturyLink no internet after a windstorm in 98065. Any ETA on resolution?

Sheryl Sloane (@slsloane) reported@CenturyLink You have the worst customer service around! No human communication- everything on line. And you go and change the domain for your internet access and your directions don’t seem to work even for highly trained individuals. Thanks but no thanks! So sad!
-
Aaron Babyar (@AaronBabyar) reportedHey @quantumfiber … when Internet suddenly gets shut off at the same time I get an email from @CenturyLink canceling my service you have a problem. When I call both offices and you both point fingers at each other rather than solving it, you have a bigger problem.
-
Clendob45 (@clendob45) reported@CenturyLink Hi Megan @CenturyLink, I already canceled my service and switched providers, but if I choose to come back to QuantumFiber/CenturyLink, I'll definitely send a DM. Thanks for the reply.
