    Ugh, been dealing with @CenturyLink outage since around 2pm today, 1st repair ETA given was today at 10pm... just checked, now the repair ETA is tomorrow at noon. Hard to work from home with no internet! We have a low data plan on the cellphones because we mainly use WiFi.

    On Saturday, @CenturyLink told me “a technician will be out on 4/14 to work on your issue.” Five minutes ago, I got a text/email saying that my technician was on the way. Today is NOT 4/14, and now I have to rush home — and hopefully not miss them — because they messed up. 😡

    Called @CenturyLink @CenturyLinkHelp 2 wks ago to resolve issue, went well and to wait for confirm by mail. Arrived with no changes and late fee! 3 people and 45 min later "it's not my job" won the day. Same conversation 13 yrs ago we cancelled landline. Time for a NEW provider.

    @CenturyLinkHelp Your system of not accepting Repair Tickets until after the outage is cleared is a backwards thinking process. It will be a free-for-All once you figure it out. If we already know we have a line disconnected from the house how about put us in the queue!

    @CenturyLink She pays about $80 a month. Life long customer. I'm advising her to cancel if the fee isn't waived. It's only $16 but it's the principle. All her other services- cell phone, cable, utilities- have waived the fee.

    @CenturyLink Another scam is @CenturyLink phone service. They ignore the Do Not Call Registry so that they can sell you a $17/mo call screening service. There should be a class action law suit against @CenturyLink

    @Jeriath27 @Jason91760248 @Starlink I'm surprised by the "there isn't the capacity to serve anyone else in my area charge." The peninsula I live on has a very large low income population of about 70%. I guess they're tired of pretty much the only provider (CenturyLink) of very slow internet on the peninsula

    @DerrickEvans4WV CenturyLink has a filter that gets rid of 99.9% of those calls. Those are robo dialers and the AI catches them and makes them manually enter the number they're trying to call. We get maybe 1 of those robo calls a month. Usually let it go to VM and they hang up.

    @ATT The same slow internet issue (<20Mbps) occurred in the zip code 89179 on 3/7 and 3/8/26 between 7pm and 10pm. That makes it four days. There are many complaints posted on Next door and other social sites. #QuantumFiber #CenturyLink

    @MunchCleveland @breezeline I miss CenturyLink. Still waiting for the upgrade to fiber which was supposed to be done on 2/5. Got knocked offline for a week by mistake. Never been to India, Malaysia & the Philippines. But that's where customer service is since there's no local customer support.

    @CenturyLink day 5 of my service not working and once again all you did was to tell me to contact quantum, who again told me they can't help me since I haven't had their service installed. I pay you for service as do multiple neighbors of mine and we are all having issues.
