Customer service keeps sending the customer back in the store so my manager can “refund” her purchase. But we can’t refund prepaid. What should we do?

I am now on my third day of paying for service that I cannot use because you’re technicians actually refused to connect it!

I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.
