    @ATT your fiber product is unreliable. The MyATT app lost my account info. I called support, was asked a challenge question I know I didn't enter. Your challenge questions are terrible. Your hold music is horrible 80's smooth jazz. Is your new slogan "At least we're not Comcast"?

    @zsb530 @TalkSoccer @MLS @JosefMartinez17 @ATT @LAFC It was fan voted, so MLS didn’t “choose” it. Atlanta’s community is just better at these polls. Vela’s was bad ass, but splitting a city with 2 teams makes these things difficult.

    I think my favorite thing to do when I get home from work is to reset my @ATT router just so u-verse will work and my devices will connect to the WiFi. Also love all the buffering. @comcast @Xfinity our neighborhood would love for you to service our area

    @ATT @PrimeComms sooo a customer brought a $300 prepaid plan a couple days ago and the account is still not trying to activate. Customer service keeps sending the customer back in the store so my manager can “refund” her purchase. But we can’t refund prepaid. What should we do?

    @ATT I have your 1 gb fiber. Why do you force me to use a WiFi /router gateway? I have a mesh network. Please offer a fiber modem only option. Having my system have to go through your router instead of modem direct is frustrating and less stable. #at&tInternet

    I can’t believe I’m saying this but @Xfinity customer service is better than @ATT. If you are going to have folks bundling their service then your systems need to talk to each other. After 7 people I finally got it canceled despite being told it was already.

    @ATT your online chat service is worthless. And you won't provide a phone number for a call. Pretty ironic a phone company doesn't want to answer a phone! I have questions on my phone and Internet cost...you continually raise the bill. Customer since the Bell days. Help?

    @ATTCares I was scammed by ATT when installing internet. You installed a WiFi extender without asking me. I asked installer said it was free. Now I see a $50 charge. Your customer service on phone no help. Argumentative. It should be free as promised by installer. (1/2)

    @ATT —I’ve had two different service techs come to my house in two days and both have completely refused to assist in any way. I am now on my third day of paying for service that I cannot use because you’re technicians actually refused to connect it!

    @ATT your customer service reps on the phone are awesome your sales men need more training they are skating the line on unfair business practices. I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.

    @VerizonSupport I’ve been loyal to this company for a long time. I have very little service in the area where I’m working. Coworkers who have @TMobile or @ATT have excellent service. Thinking about making the switch.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
