Your customer service still sucks and I’ll be checking with @ATT and other providers tomorrow

She performed that miracle - one that 4 other customer service reps could NOT do. Time to up your employee training if you don’t want to lose long time customers.

Be told by AI bot that it does not tolerate your anger before it hangs up on you. 5. Call back. 6. Same thing. 7. Hang up and cry.
