  @ATT after 27 years as a loyal customer I am sad that poor customer services and uncaring pushy sales people forced me to leave. So sad. Hope you improve or I fear more long time customers will also leave. Maybe I will give you another look in a couple of years.

  Hey @ATTCares how can you send someone to collections for a closed account and then refuse to send me a copy of the bill right away when I request it. This is seriously bad. I've called 3 times and gotten the run around.

  Another gameday, another day unable to watch the Marlins or Panthers on @BallySportsFL who have yet to make an official announcement that an outage for UVerse customers even exists. I genuinely hate this company.

  @ATT I need to file a property damage claim regarding an underground AT&T line that knocked my sewer line off its connection to the city line and has required repair. All my attempts to work through your customer service bots have been unhelpful. Please assist, thanks.

  Not only has my @ATT fiber internet been down for over 17 hours, they have not even provided an update in over 12 hours. As someone who works from home, that is not acceptable. Time to research new ISP options

  @ATT fix your service this is awful. Definitely switching to @Verizon or @TMobile when our contract is up. Consistently declining service year after year.
