    @ATT shout out to Josh at your Valrico,FL location. Upgraded 2 phones to 12 mini, including transferring data, in just over an hour. Josh was helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond with customer service.

    @ATT Shout out to KellyC who was able to answer my billing question in less than 5 minutes. She performed that miracle - one that 4 other customer service reps could NOT do. Time to up your employee training if you don’t want to lose long time customers.

    @ATT your on line customer service and chat features are ridiculous! Spent 40+ min only to be told 6 times that “still reviewing your acct. “ One simple question + no answer = time to find a different provider.

    @Ask_Spectrum Yeah so the tech that didn’t show led to 4 phone calls and several hours to be told that they can still install internet April effing 2! Your customer service still sucks and I’ll be checking with @ATT and other providers tomorrow

    Internet has been really bad for the past couple days. I call and find out my internet line isn’t getting the signal it should. Tech coming tomorrow night. I just need @ATT fiber to come to Tampa already!

    Hey @ATT just want to give a huge shout out to Josh at the location 2020 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon FL. He was not only extremely helpful, helped save us money, but wasn’t a pushy sales person and was great to work with! He’s the definition of great customer service.

    @ATT I need to file a property damage claim regarding an underground AT&T line that knocked my sewer line off its connection to the city line and has required repair. All my attempts to work through your customer service bots have been unhelpful. Please assist, thanks.

    Not only has my @ATT fiber internet been down for over 17 hours, they have not even provided an update in over 12 hours. As someone who works from home, that is not acceptable. Time to research new ISP options
