    @ATTHelp @ATT READ THE CASE NOTES FOR MY ACCOUNT AND FIX THE PROBLEM! CONTACT MY CENTRAL OFFICE! I'VE HAD NO INTERNET SERVICE FOR 7 DAYS DURING THE MOST IMPORTANT TIME IN OUR LIVES TO HAVE STABLE, DEPENDABLE, INTERNET SERVICE! DON'T JUST TAKE MY MONEY! FIX THE PROBLEM!

    @CasmiraDBNJ @ATT It's interesting. It sounds like in DeBary they installed a bunch of network cards when they started putting in DSL and now all the cards are failing at the same time. I wonder if when a card fails it puts stress on the signal for the whole community.

    @ATT mother's elderly if she gets in trouble I guess she's in real trouble cuz she can't call anybody not even 911 I'm guessing I don't know I'm afraid to try to call that but maybe I should.

    Our home internet with @ATT is fading in and out again today. Was down completely last night for about 15 minutes. They just replaced a network card in the neighborhood box last week. Can't understand why they can't make it work all the time.

    @ATT I don't know if anyone's monitoring this having phone problems on my landline I guess landline service doesn't deserve 24-hour service but cell phone service does. Calling out get dial tone goes dead or all lines are busy but I can call in.

    @ATT so frustrated right now. Was promised a $700 bill credit for my iPhone X in Nov 2018...still waiting on it. Called customer service was not helpful. I have 4 phone lines, 2 iPads and 2 apple watches on my account, you’d think they’d try to keep me. About to head to @verizon

    I've had no internet service for 7 days now! @ATT @ATTHelp is taking my money, but not fixing the problem! I wish I had an alternative choice! This is ridiculous! I've called, I've written...still no resolution! I hope a supervisor or upper management, corporate sees this!

    @ATT what is like to get help on att customer service 1.5 hr still on the phone. Let me transfer u to(after waiting): Wireless billing (15 min), directTV billing(20min), (combined billing 30min), loyalty dept (30min) 😡just trying to cancel my DTV. And still haven’t got the help.

    @ATT I filled out a form on AT&T. Com follow the instructions and then it went to login and password so I don't know if my message went through or that's just an automatic stuff they want you to do but they're still going to get my message I have no freaking idea.

    @DIRECTV @DIRECTVService @ATT @ATTHelp So, I cannot get through to chat with an agent, but I have noticed an increase in my DIRECTV bill. I am considering cancelling my TV service if this is not addressed. I'm considering an alternative service provider.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.

    @ATT or @Google You need to speed up your process of getting Fiber internet in South Newton County Georgia, I'm sick of @Xfinity taking my money for their crap internet I pay for 2k and it won't even run iracing with a 5080 GPU in it.. WTF?? Please make **** happen I'm sick of it

    @ATT I keep entering my mother's number and try to pay my bill and keep saying the account is incorrect. this is the same account my mother has had for over 50 years I'm so sick of f****** AT&t and their problems with their bill payment app.

    @VerizonSupport I’ve been loyal to this company for a long time. I have very little service in the area where I’m working. Coworkers who have @TMobile or @ATT have excellent service. Thinking about making the switch.

    People really think they can judge how someone responds to being abused. Not just inconvenienced, but abused! Being yelled by a rep or their refusal to provide a service/product you paid for is abusive! @ATT
