It sounds like in DeBary they installed a bunch of network cards when they started putting in DSL and now all the cards are failing at the same time. I wonder if when a card fails it puts stress on the signal for the whole community.

Com follow the instructions and then it went to login and password so I don't know if my message went through or that's just an automatic stuff they want you to do but they're still going to get my message I have no freaking idea.

They just replaced a network card in the neighborhood box last week. Can't understand why they can't make it work all the time.

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
