Let me transfer u to(after waiting): Wireless billing (15 min), directTV billing(20min), (combined billing 30min), loyalty dept (30min) 😡just trying to cancel my DTV. And still haven’t got the help.

Chris Edwards (@ChrisEdwardsCE) reported from Lake Mary, Florida@BakerTheChef @ATT In our area, we got AT&T Fiber 3 years ago. Easily get 950Mbps up and down on most days. Bad days goes down to 750Mbps. Never had a downtime either. We pay for 1Gbps so pretty dang fast.

It sounds like in DeBary they installed a bunch of network cards when they started putting in DSL and now all the cards are failing at the same time. I wonder if when a card fails it puts stress on the signal for the whole community.

Com follow the instructions and then it went to login and password so I don't know if my message went through or that's just an automatic stuff they want you to do but they're still going to get my message I have no freaking idea.

They just replaced a network card in the neighborhood box last week. Can't understand why they can't make it work all the time.

Calling out get dial tone goes dead or all lines are busy but I can call in.

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
