    @ATT @FTC @bbb_us where is my rebate card to pay off my phone with Sprint? The only thing I owed Sprint was the phone. Now sprint has sent it to collections due to no rebate card from att! No one seems to want to help me. Your home solutions rep lied! What a nightmare 🥺

    @BeastModeManny @DIRECTV @ATT I don't do cable anymore. Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu and HBO Now. About $45 bucks a month, and I never run out of things to watch.

    @ATT Your customer service is horrible. It has taken me nearly 30 minutes to get an answer from customer service about when I will receive a refund after ending my service with a credit on my account. This should have taken two minutes.

    @ATT I just switched to your service and had an awful supervisor tell me to go and investigate the issue myself and I have no way to contact the in home sales rep. Been waiting days to have my old phone bought back. I want to cancel and go back to tmobile. 😡😡😡

    Great. @DIRECTVNowHelp and @ATT hitting me with a 25% price hike. Maybe you shouldn’t have bought Fox. Now cancelling. That’s a 150% increase in under 2 years! And the service now barely works on AT&T 1Gbps Fiber!

    @aishatyler @ATT does not care about women’s rights or their ability to say what happens to their body. I’ll never subscribe to their cellular home or tv options, so long as they have this stance and encourage others to act likewise.

    @ATT has new policy. If you don’t put your phone in airplane mode (if you fall asleep) and phone accidentally gets a cell signal as you pass over another country you are charged a super expensive per min rate. This is pure harm your customers for profit. Let them know!

    **** you @ATT for paying lobbyist declaring 5 mbps upload is ‘good enough’. Such stupidity. If you want to lose your customers to municipal programs keep doing what you are doing. I have 1 gig upload through @CenturyLink. This should be the national standard.

    @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum 24 HOURS WITH NO INTERNET. The service tech-Joshua said it’s going to be another 72 hours to get someone out here. He didn’t even know how to fix the problem. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. I’ll be switching to @ATT ASAP!!!

    @ATT I’m looking for an attorney to go after AT&T their terms of service says if you drop a call you get a day of service free. I’ve dropped a minimum of 3 calls a day and sometimes up to 20. they have not honored what their advertisements say. Anyone else having this issue maybe we can get a class action lawsuit going. Their associated told me my new bill with would $500 a month last month my bill was over $2k it’s never been under $1k since we signed the contracts. Need some legal help I’m tired of spending 6+ hours every time I call them for them to tell me it’s handled then next bill and realizing it’s not been handled

    @ATT I regret switching over to AT&T. Customer support has made these past 4 months a total nightmare! They’re not fit for the job or they don’t care. My payments went from $116 - $230 and I can’t even see my bill. It’s been a “glitch” for 4 months, ridiculous!
