If you don’t put your phone in airplane mode (if you fall asleep) and phone accidentally gets a cell signal as you pass over another country you are charged a super expensive per min rate. This is pure harm your customers for profit. Let them know!

It has taken me nearly 30 minutes to get an answer from customer service about when I will receive a refund after ending my service with a credit on my account. This should have taken two minutes.

Been waiting days to have my old phone bought back. I want to cancel and go back to tmobile. 😡😡😡
