My experience however with the service on DirectTV, and my internet / WiFi has been horrible for what I pay per month. I’ve been a customer for several years and it’s just time to shut it off and switch.

I’ve called at least 8 times, each time promised resolution, each time they didn’t follow through. @ATT has just lost a 15yr customer. @VerisonPhones
