I’ve called at least 8 times, each time promised resolution, each time they didn’t follow through. @ATT has just lost a 15yr customer. @VerisonPhones

Also I have wifi at home and my Internet cuts off every 24 hours. I tried getting a new box but I can't pay a technician to just come and plug it in which would take like 15 mins

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.
