    @ATT I live in San Diego, not even the back country. Was suppossed to get a service call, 8 days after calling about no service. Window was suppossed to be 8 am to 12 pm. Get a text message at 11:40 am that the tech maybe late. After not getting a call I decide to call.

    I'd like thank @Uverse for making me look like an @$$μ0|€ at my brother's when he and family hosted #MothersDay . I cycled power on thier modem, they don't have internet even after 15 minutes on the phone to tech support. $T

    all my services so I can find providers like @cox @dish @sprint @verizon or @tmobile to see who will treat me better. Plus, you tell me I am the best part of @ATT, if that is the case I would hate to see what the average part is treated like

    Every time I reply to an email, a new “customer service” person responds with the same copy and paste email. This inconsistency makes it even more frustrating to deal with @ATT “military support” team! #att

    @PaulMFightFan @RagingBabe My Uverse app claims that Nielsen numbers do count when I watch on the app. 1st pop up I get when I login. However I was at home so, I did watch on my cable box.

    What makes @TMobile great is the perks they give you. Their mobile service is horrible. If @ATT provided the perks like T-Mobile, they would easily be the best overall carrier. If AT&T offered Netflix, Disney+ and Apple Music for free, it would be a game changer.

    @ATT I'm using the AT&t app to try and pay my mother's bill this is the stupidest f****** app I've ever seen nowhere on the app does it show me where I can pay her bill it's just a waste of f****** time. every time I've dealt with AT&t I've had the worst service.

    @ATT @ATTHelp Is there is a company with worse customer service than AT&T? We spent 6 hours on the phone yesterday trying to get help, being shuffled from one department to another. One customer “service” rep told my wife to go up on the roof of our house to repair some sort of box. WTF? Calls dropped. Got hung up on. No call backs. Idiots and incompetents. And don’t even get me started on the worst website in the world.

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
