    If I was #johnstankey I'd invest into a cloud based infrastructure. Is sucks having @ATT email semi-comlatible with @Yahoo but both services absolutely obsolete and incompatible with @Office365 and @googledrive. This gives more accounts than storage.

    @ryanshrout @ATT I was previously getting 940 down and 1.2 gbps up for the first two years I lived here. They offer 500/500 but for like $60 a month, so if they can't deliver 1G anymore I shouldn't be paying for it.

    @Opie_est84 At least you were able to watch. I’m IN San Diego, no local station carried the feed & @Uverse doesn’t have the @Pac12Network. So I try the Pac12 Network app and am willing to pay. No go, only way you can use it is if service provider carries them. No pay per view option. #Lame

    TWO HOURS. I have asked for ANYONE AT ALL to just CONFIRM that someone WILL BE IN MY HOME to fix my WiFi and they have not been able to guarantee me anything, so I am not sure I’m ever going to have WiFi in my home!!! @ATT YOURE THE WORST. JUST GIVE ME GOD DAMN INTERNET.

    Just realized my terrible phone service is actually due to terrible WiFi service which is provided by @ATT 😡 disconnected from WiFi and phone works fine after not workin most of the morning.

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer

    AT&T lied to me. Since the end of February I’ve been working a technical issue with @ATT fiber company @quantumfiber . Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

    @ATT your customer service reps on the phone are awesome your sales men need more training they are skating the line on unfair business practices. I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.
