    @equitybruin @cox I’ve honestly had much better luck with them in the 12 years I’ve been in SD than Uverse or Warner (now Spectrum) until I started experiencing a technical issue they can’t seem to resolve.

    Moral of the story: @ATT WiFi sucks and has given me a massive headache throughout this whole process and I’m going to have to continue dealing with it until I hear back about my tv compensation 🥲 Truly was not worth trying it out for a “faster” service

    Hey @ATT @ATTCares my service sucks in San Diego right now. Plus, I get the bogus 5GE indicator. First, why so slow the past week (I have unlimited, but I’m on a new cycle) and since it’s so slow it’s a bad branding image putting the 5GE there. Almost as slow as edge right now!

    Tell me why we’re trying to fix our WiFi issue with trying a different provider bc our WiFi has been so ****** and it’s been stressful bc I work from home and now the at&t technician broke our tv screen in the process of all of this :) @ATT one thing after another in this

    Earlier today and yesterday, @ATT told me it was UNLIMITED TEXT overseas - now, oops, suddenly @ATTCares is telling me it’s PART OF YOUR DATA usage. As I said, what a racket. Horrible loyalty to customers. Disgraceful.

    What makes @TMobile great is the perks they give you. Their mobile service is horrible. If @ATT provided the perks like T-Mobile, they would easily be the best overall carrier. If AT&T offered Netflix, Disney+ and Apple Music for free, it would be a game changer.

    @ATT I'm using the AT&t app to try and pay my mother's bill this is the stupidest f****** app I've ever seen nowhere on the app does it show me where I can pay her bill it's just a waste of f****** time. every time I've dealt with AT&t I've had the worst service.

    @ATT @ATTHelp Is there is a company with worse customer service than AT&T? We spent 6 hours on the phone yesterday trying to get help, being shuffled from one department to another. One customer “service” rep told my wife to go up on the roof of our house to repair some sort of box. WTF? Calls dropped. Got hung up on. No call backs. Idiots and incompetents. And don’t even get me started on the worst website in the world.

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
