    @ATT I placed an order for a new phone last night and received an email saying I need to call support to process it. Iโ€™ve been talking to support for 30 minutes and no one can figure out how I pay the tax cost which is the blocker. Pretty lame experience.

    @hmbreview @ATT @comcast Comcast is down over the entire Coastside, itโ€™s come to my attention that we only have one connection line to the main Comcast which goes in overhead cables down highway 84. When this is all over is there anything we can do on the coast to campaign for more redundancy?

    @ATT widespread internet issues in Redwood City (100s of comments in a local FB group) but itโ€™s intermittent and only certain sites and services. Hard to get support since each case is being treated as unique. Iโ€™ve been bounced from two different support teams already.

    How @ATT customer support works: 1. Go to website. 2. Ask AI bot for phone #. 3. Argue with AI bot that wants to keep you from talking to humans. 4. Be told by AI bot that it does not tolerate your anger before it hangs up on you. 5. Call back. 6. Same thing. 7. Hang up and cry.

    @ATT I need actual assistance in fixing the mistake caused by your payment system and the horrible mishandling of my complaint. A $20 dollar credit will not solve the inconvenience caused by this situation.

    @cnote34 @ATT Common issue. Go get 2 pills of ******. Crush one up and sprinkle it on the line out. Then send the second one to AT&T directly. They have a known problem keeping โ€œitโ€ up.

    So i wait for @att to send my iPad. They screw me. Then I canโ€™t find a case in the store. Now they were supposed to do auto pay on my bill and they screwed me and didnโ€™t take it. This service is utter garbage. Do not use this company. For your own sanity. Go anywhere else.
