    @ATT someone opened an account for internet service using my email address, I did not click any validation link but you’re sending me her address, appointments and I have access to her account. Should probs force people to confirm their email via a link before attaching it.

    Terrible sales and service at the ATT store in Maple Grove today. Untrained and rude staff. Outdated price sheet. Not spending my 2K there. I guess I could go to Amazon like the rest of the world. @ATT

    @ATT / @DIRECTV - You passed on an outstanding “debt” of $30.01 to debt collectors without ever informing me I owed it for 6 months. Just send an invoice and it gets paid. Staggering incompetence on your part. Cancelling my streaming service today. #Cowboys

    Thread: I called @ATTCares & @DIRECTVService returning their call at 3:55PM yesterday. After an hour and 39 minutes, THEY ended the call with a “We’re experiencing heavy volume.” Message. Called again at 9AM today and just hit the hour mark. 2 Hours & 39 minutes & NO SERVICE!🤬

    Just spent nearly 30 minutes on hold & then another 30 on the phone with @ATT @DIRECTV @ATTHelp & they can’t do anything for me and the phone rep tried to upsell me on a premium channel package when I’ve had NO SERVICE AT ALL for 29 days over the last 10 weeks. Ridiculous. 🤬🤬

    @ATT I have been trying to get ahold of someone to help me get a return label for my next return. I called on 11/23 also and they couldn’t help, they gave me a number that went to voicemail.

    .@ATT @DIRECTV For 4 months now my DIRECTV service has gone out daily. Regardless of weather. I always have to restart the satellite system & this sometimes takes hours. They charged me for premium channels I didn’t order. They neglected to inform me of changes to my account.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.

    Well @ATT officially lost me as a customer. It’s been a cool 15/20 years and it’s over. I’ve transported my services. I hope it was worth it.
