I always have to restart the satellite system & this sometimes takes hours. They charged me for premium channels I didn’t order. They neglected to inform me of changes to my account.

Ridiculous. 🤬🤬

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.
