After an hour and 39 minutes, THEY ended the call with a “We’re experiencing heavy volume.” Message. Called again at 9AM today and just hit the hour mark. 2 Hours & 39 minutes & NO SERVICE!🤬

I always have to restart the satellite system & this sometimes takes hours. They charged me for premium channels I didn’t order. They neglected to inform me of changes to my account.

Ridiculous. 🤬🤬

The app on the TV loads, shows what channel it is on, then goes to the “oops something is wrong please try later” message. Three days. I’m getting billed for this service so it would be nice to use it

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.
