    @ATTHelp @ATT : I got a $150 as international roaming data charges .. actually my bill shows it’s happened on 19th of July ... when I check with customer care , they said it’s a valid charge , we can’t do anything .was surprised the way they responded about this issue to customer

    @ATTHelp It did not help. My problem is that live captions don’t worm during a WiFi call. That link talks not Hugh about captions. Live captions work for YouTube and other uncaptioned videos but not WiFi calling

    @ATT Are you aware of the poor customer service your employees are providing? I am currently on hold over 12 mins with an 1.5 hour customer support call. My brother and I are on hold together. We wanted to purchase a phone. 10 years a customer and this woman is rude. HELP!

    Lol I CANT EVEN SIGN UP FOR DIRECTV STREAM! Site is completely broken on iPhone, iPad and my MacBook Pro when you try to select a package. This is ridiculous! @mcuban @ATT @DIRECTV

    @ATT Need to step it up in the customer svc. dept. 1 person working on a Sunday. Stood in store for 15 minutes. No acknowledgement what so ever. Not even a “be with you in a minute”. Finally left. 8700 Preston Rd #117

    @AoDespair @HBO HBO .. the network that thinks F Bombs every 20 seconds in a script some how makes it good. Absurd. Everytime I subscribe & watch .. a few shows are well done but most are simply trash competing with trash. @ATT @WarnerMediaGrp

    @ATT She then goes back and forth on the phone and I’m constantly saying, stop talking and get your manager. She then puts us on hold again and of course no manager, a voicemail. So now I am STILL sitting on hold. I just wanted to buy a phone and add a new business line. #Help

    @bootsbryant77 @ATT Exactly. They only care about perception on Twitter. They want people to think they resolved the issue. But didn’t! I had to tweet again and then they just blew me off. “What bundles do you have?” Like, we want to see if you are worth our time! @ATT is not worth our money!!

    @ATT WIFI 5G Internet Air speed should NEVER! be slowed down or below basic DSL speed, don’t care how many people are on the system. Currently my 5G Internet Air speed is at 2 mps, disgusting! And no, has nothing to do with the placement of my Hub. A big 👎👎👎👎👎

    @ATT @NASA Yet you can't support your customers. Switched to AT&T 10 days ago. Today I was in a chat with customer service and they said, "That's it, the convo is done" when I didn't text my acct # in 10 sec. Then I waited over an hour for a call - and they hung up before it started. WTH!

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.
