    @LaurasMiscMovie @ATT Finally did just a little bit ago, 6 days, multiple chat sessions and two circa 90 minute phone calls later. There were apparently 8 interconnected outage tickets and even after they were resolved I had to reset my gateway and unplug everything to get it to take.

    @AppleSupport why is it before the last update on my iPhone X my phone was decent besides the usual slow @ATT network. I finally update it and it took me 5mins to load Twitter to write this?? Been a IPhone user since the very first one made. Stop dumbing the phones down

    @ATT Worse customer service experience I’ve ever had with any company. Six hours on the phone for the past month and they have not been able to fix my issue. I just spoke with a supervisor named Mandy who just hung up on me because she couldn’t fix my issue.

    @ATT your internet is garbage. Time and time again there’s issues. Unfortunately there’s not another provider in our area. For what we pay each month for your service we expect better.

    @randyatt #randallstephenson I understand @att doesn’t have a customer focused business plan, however over a month to install service due to incompetence is ridiculous! There are more notes & calls on my account than service dates. I’d appreciate a resolution soon.

    Very unhappy with @ATT over internet. SEVERAL times I've called, they put me in cheaper service, then again my bill is $90+ getting ready to call @spectrum for internet.

    @andrewrsorkin I'm not surprised DirectTV lost 900k subs... I had Uverse which was great then @ATT decided to move away from that so switched to DirectTV... the service is crappy and @ATT seems to invest very little in improving it

    @ATT your customer service reps on the phone are awesome your sales men need more training they are skating the line on unfair business practices. I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.

    @VerizonSupport I’ve been loyal to this company for a long time. I have very little service in the area where I’m working. Coworkers who have @TMobile or @ATT have excellent service. Thinking about making the switch.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
