    @ATT Each time I use your online chat it gets worse and worse. Each time I use your customer service it gets worse and worse. You guys have no excuses for the amount of money you make off of your customers.

    What a mess @ufc - make everyone subscribe, the run around to each TV, install @ESPN, then activate each TV with our TV service (@ATT), then activate with #espn+ and then only give me 2 streams inside the same house! Terrible #UserExperience

    Hey @DIRECTV!!! You've got about 12 hours to get CBS Channel 11 in Dallas-Fort Worth back on the air before we cancel our Direct TV, internet and phone service through @ATT. My wife will not miss her soaps and prime time shows for more than a day. Work something out. @ATTBusiness

    Our cable has been acting up and AT&T is so slow in fixing it. Our neighborhood is the only neighborhood AT&T will not run fiber. They installed sub par lines which give us crappy internet. @ATT Fix my internet. We are teachers trying to help our students and we get bad service

    @ATT Your automated customer service tells me there is an internet outage in my area until tomorrow at 3:00 pm and then tells me to check online for updates. Hello, I don’t have internet and my cell service is terrible where I live without WiFi. I live in the DFW area.

    @ATT customer service is by far the worst. Been going through hell with the situation they caused when transferring to their service. Only reason for the change was Verizon doesn't have any service where we live to the point we could only make wifi calls from the house.

    @ATT seriously is the worst at customer service and things getting done in a timely manner. On my 5th phone call in the last week & still no internet or modem😠 You would think they would have it together with how close they are to a monopoly.

    @ATT super frustrated with this new service from enjoy. I just need a phone delivered to my house or I can pick up from a store. I can’t be home during the requested hours and I don’t need the assistance in setting up the phone. I JUST WANT AN EASY WAY TO GET MY PHONE.😡

    @ATT I’m looking for an attorney to go after AT&T their terms of service says if you drop a call you get a day of service free. I’ve dropped a minimum of 3 calls a day and sometimes up to 20. they have not honored what their advertisements say. Anyone else having this issue maybe we can get a class action lawsuit going. Their associated told me my new bill with would $500 a month last month my bill was over $2k it’s never been under $1k since we signed the contracts. Need some legal help I’m tired of spending 6+ hours every time I call them for them to tell me it’s handled then next bill and realizing it’s not been handled

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.

    @ATT your customer service reps on the phone are awesome your sales men need more training they are skating the line on unfair business practices. I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.

    @ATT @NASA Maybe be proud to support a simple iPhone app to manage your customer accounts. This maze of sales pitch and no info on how to navigate to my plan is useless. You guys failed on the app. Fix it and stop being so proud of all your other achievements

    Hey @ATT, I know we’re rural, but please do something about the service in New Ipswich, NH. When @Xfinity has an outage, we have one bar of service and can barely surf, post, text, or make calls. It took forever for X to come up and for this post to go through.
