    @att @atthelp I called 6/2 to set up a moving service for today.Was told a technician would come today.6/3 a self install guide arrived. Today service was deactivated from old apartment,tried self install at new apartment and had no service also NO tech showed up today.

    I have already spent 2HOURS of my day on the phone with @att I scheduled this since 6/2 they are now telling me the earliest I can get service is 6/9. I have no internet and now my wife & I will both be losing 2days of work because we are working from home.

    @ATTHelp I have HBO , trying to sign in to HBO Go and keeps saying that they can’t verify my subscription and to contact ATT. None of these logins ever work with ATT, had trouble for years with Espn. Please advise. Also need to lower my bill $50 since it got jacked sky high.

    @radiohouston @iHeartRadio @prideradio @ATT @verizon Sorry I was at Home Depot... Ok the ATT guy said it’s most likely issue with app. Without WiFi it’s a little slow but I can open and listen to Star 94.1 and Kiss 106.1 but it won’t acknowledge @prideradio ... these are the only stations saved to my library.

    @ATTCares I've been fighting an uphill battle. Fiber internet installed on June 7th. Cable line is STILL not buried! Multiple calls made, 2 crews here digging around and still no results or communication. Please help!

    @ATT Each time I use your online chat it gets worse and worse. Each time I use your customer service it gets worse and worse. You guys have no excuses for the amount of money you make off of your customers.

    @ATT If ATT drops A&E, I WILL go with a streaming service. This would be last straw. Had service for 2+years and have suffered poor "customer service" along with bad TV service and this is be LAST nail!

    So @BestBuy is telling me that we can’t upgrade our phone because @ATT won’t allow they to use our existing plan. It wants us to use a new plan. We still have unlimited data on 2 phones. So as a long time @ATT customer we have to give up unlimited data to get a new phone.

    @MattGinella I’m interested to see how tournaments like the Colonial and the Nelson do as full field events. How long can @CharlesSchwab and @ATT justify sponsorship of second tier events to shareholders. I think the people of DFW will support the ticket sales but not the casual fan on tv

    @ATTHelp @ixxues It has been 4 days without internet for me in Byron Center, MI. I have gotten no answers as to when this will be fixed. And of course this happens during the Masters which I cannot watch. Fix this!!

    @ATT your customer service reps on the phone are awesome your sales men need more training they are skating the line on unfair business practices. I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.

    @VerizonSupport I’ve been loyal to this company for a long time. I have very little service in the area where I’m working. Coworkers who have @TMobile or @ATT have excellent service. Thinking about making the switch.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
