Missed 2.5 hours of work for nothing. Wifi still not installed & when I called in about it I was told "he's late he'll be there in the next hour or 2."

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.
