    @ATT your internet service is terrible! Your troubleshooting doesn’t work and you only have faster speed options for selective communities. Unacceptable! We work from home and are paying customers!

    Uuugghh I’m so over @ATT! Our internet has been out ALL WEEK! I have papers to do & research to start. This is a horrible start to the semester. And THEN come to find out, it’s because they refuse to upgrade the copper in “our” neighborhood.😒 Dear @Xfinity PLEASE SAVE US!

    Thank you @ATT for fixing my home internet. It was out for 2 days and took 2 different technicians to fix it, but it was back up and running yesterday in time for me to watch the #Braves game on my TV instead of my phone. Much appreciated.

    SMH @ATT is actual trash. I called about a week ago to cancel my internet service for the end of this month bc I’m moving. The agent insisted I tell her why I’m canceling instead of transferring my service so I told her I wasn’t happy with their service and I could get faster -

    @ATTHelp We have done that 3 times. Once the person never showed up. Once they buried 1/3 of the cable. And once they looked at the unburied cable and left again. No faith that this will ever get done! The permanent refrain: call the exposed cable center. I HAVE DONE THAT.

    @ATTHelp My WiFi turns off every time I turn my iPad off. Must turn it back on every time I turn my ipad on. Please, please, please tell me how to fix this or fix it for me. I’ve never seen a company with as many problems as AT&T wasting so much of customer’s time.

    I have been on the phone with @ATT for over 45 minutes. They have transferred me to 4 different people and still have not solved the issue!!!!Worst customer service ever!!!!

    @Crewfan011 @ATTHelp I have a few reasons why I’ve been with. My bill never goes up and has always been the same. I get service everywhere i go. And i always get great customer service when i go to their stores. But their over the phone customer service was not good

    I'll say it again... @ATT or @googlefiber could pretty much name their price if they brought service to my hood. @Xfinity can kick rocks. Lots of ticked off neighbors would switch in a heartbeat.

    @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum 24 HOURS WITH NO INTERNET. The service tech-Joshua said it’s going to be another 72 hours to get someone out here. He didn’t even know how to fix the problem. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. I’ll be switching to @ATT ASAP!!!
