We’re fine, the Newbie had a hard realization about life without WiFi today, but she’s playing with a friend.

What I can’t process is the uncoordinated and inaccurate efforts to inform customers on an estimated service restoration date/time. So frustrating!

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.
