    . @apple @ATT will Apple fix new battery drain & reduced performance issues that have affected my new iPhone 11 by recalibrating batteries (via MacRumors). ... If the recalibration fails, Apple says it or an authorized service provider will replace the battery for free.

    The more I deal with lack of coordination and support from @ATTHelp as I try to get my elderly parents home phone repaired (their only connection to the world), the more I appreciate @FLBlue's social media team & @FLBlueCares who actually know how to help people and get $#!+ done

    @ATT I got fiber on Friday and it stopped working yesterday, earliest a tech can come out is Thursday. This is unacceptable. New customer and off to a terrible start. I was working from home and now I need to go into the office.

    @ATTHelp Respectfully, my option is to quit your service. Your option was to fix the buggy app and add value before doubling prices. I’m not interested in another promo offer that will only go up in price once I stop paying attention. Thanks.

    Biggest game of the year and my @Uverse signal is pixelated yet again. Jerky jerky video again!! Had this issue for months. #SuperBowlLIII Trying to set up a live antenna as my neighbor had to do. I’ll be calling @GetSpectrum tomorrow. Internet works but @Uverse is failing at TV

    Once again @ATTHelp @ATT failed to make sense. Placed an order for phones. Received a message stating they cannot be delivered as agreed and I should call for resolution. 10 people later, the order can't be canceled, changed to pickup or get a status other than it's pending. 🙄

    @BakerTheChef @ATT In our area, we got AT&T Fiber 3 years ago. Easily get 950Mbps up and down on most days. Bad days goes down to 750Mbps. Never had a downtime either. We pay for 1Gbps so pretty dang fast.

    @ATT i have been on the line with tech support for over an hour. The tech cannot understand what I need (to open a port on my gateway) she will not connect me to a supervisor. It’s maddening

    @ATT seriously going to lose my mind. Over two hours trying to get the tech to open two ports on the U-verse gateway. It’s my third gateway and my third time running this drill with Tech Support and never had this much trouble

    People really think they can judge how someone responds to being abused. Not just inconvenienced, but abused! Being yelled by a rep or their refusal to provide a service/product you paid for is abusive! @ATT

    How @ATT customer support works: 1. Go to website. 2. Ask AI bot for phone #. 3. Argue with AI bot that wants to keep you from talking to humans. 4. Be told by AI bot that it does not tolerate your anger before it hangs up on you. 5. Call back. 6. Same thing. 7. Hang up and cry.

    @ATT trying to pay my mother's Bill using the app is the biggest waste of time it's just stupid nowhere that they show me where to pay. I would never use AT&t personally for anything because they are so sloppy with their execution for products and services.

    Loyal AT&T customer for 15+ years. I asked for an extension of a payment arrangement after redirecting funds for funeral expenses during a loss. I was told, “the system doesn’t allow it” —no escalation, no human override. Moving my services once the dust settles. @ATT @ATTHelp

    @ATTHelp @ATTHelp worst customer service…7 days without internet, 2 technicians sent out, several appointments cancelled without reason/communication! Waiting from 8-12 only to be told appt would have to be rescheduled. Clown show

    @ATT I’m caught in a frustrating loop and need help. I’m coming to ATT, ordered phones, phones won’t come until porting pin is fixed, it’s fixed but still shows not fixed! I want my phones!

    @ATT I keep entering my mother's number and try to pay my bill and keep saying the account is incorrect. this is the same account my mother has had for over 50 years I'm so sick of f****** AT&t and their problems with their bill payment app.
