    Hey @ATT at what point will you guys take responsibility for failures within your networks instead of blaming them on @apple and telling me to visit their store. The problems are very clearly on your side yet passing the buck seems to be the norm.

    Extremely disappointed with @ATT and their coverage in Orlando. Been constantly experiencing signal lost and low cellular data speed. Poor customer service for pre-paid members too.

    UVerse has to be the absolute worst internet around right now. It has sucked everytime I’ve had it. Google Fiber >>>> anything else. Hell Spectrum is better than this by far too.

    @ATTCares why do I have to contact customer service to get a replacement SIM card for free. Its poor customer service and makes the company look like they nickeled and dimed the customer. This is why I'm thinking about switching

    @ATT hey! I would LOVE to know why after calling and submitting a request to have my service canceled you guys instead left my account ACTIVE and charged me ANOTHER month. I am not happy about this!

    @ATT we contacted you Wednesday to set up service for Saturday. Agents mis-scheduled for Monday. Contacted back and was told service was to be set up Saturday and being told now it's Monday. We work remotely - what's the issue??? I can ask @bbb_us real quick

    It’s double horrible service night tonight. Like many weeks we’re now 12 hours into what seems to be a weekly internet outage with @ATTHelp @ATT No fix in sight, zero communications and we’re supposed to be able to work from home? Epic fail.

    @ATT We went out of the country and you only applied the $10 service to 2 of our 3 lines. Now I have a bill if $1300 in roaming charges and have been told there were no notes about a third line. I can’t talk to a supervisor and I will move carriers over this. $1300 and no help.

    Been on the phone with @ATT for four hours with an issue with my cell phone. Still never got resolved. Been with them for 10 years and this is the worst customer service I ever experienced!

    @ATTTHANKS @ATT Ticket number- 1-247718485178 was never fulfilled, stopped my directv service middle of October so my account number 64715152 shows cancelled, was on the phone for over and hour and sent to 4 different people$50 directv gift card was never issued. @DIRECTV #help

    @DavidsonDa16685 @ATTHelp That's another thing that's why I canceled the ******* account AT&T has become nothing but a scammer like the Indian scammers that they hire to be on the call centers. Funny thing is I'm now using that T-Mobile wireless internet and I have zero problems All the problems went away

    @ATT trying to pay my mother's Bill using the app is the biggest waste of time it's just stupid nowhere that they show me where to pay. I would never use AT&t personally for anything because they are so sloppy with their execution for products and services.

    @ATTHelp Thank you. But, just finally got through to service rep with the 2020 AT&T 800 service number. Have finally got the rural road junction box problem reported. Was told 24 to 48 hours. Just hope not much rain gets in the road junction box until then. 🤞🤞🤞
