Now I have a bill if $1300 in roaming charges and have been told there were no notes about a third line. I can’t talk to a supervisor and I will move carriers over this. $1300 and no help.

Also I have wifi at home and my Internet cuts off every 24 hours. I tried getting a new box but I can't pay a technician to just come and plug it in which would take like 15 mins
