    @ATTHelp need some help recent changed my services provided with you. I still have AT&T internet just not cable I return the boxes etc as instructed. But now I got mail that I need to send my modem back? But if I do that how will I have internet?? So I’m very confused now

    @ATT I’ve had a wireless account 9/20 and all I’ve had were problems with the service, billing, connectivity and personnel. I’ve spoken to them and it’s fixed for one month and then it’s back again. I’m so fed up enough to cancel my account.

    UVerse has to be the absolute worst internet around right now. It has sucked everytime I’ve had it. Google Fiber >>>> anything else. Hell Spectrum is better than this by far too.

    @ATTTHANKS @ATT Ticket number- 1-247718485178 was never fulfilled, stopped my directv service middle of October so my account number 64715152 shows cancelled, was on the phone for over and hour and sent to 4 different people$50 directv gift card was never issued. @DIRECTV #help

    @ATT We went out of the country and you only applied the $10 service to 2 of our 3 lines. Now I have a bill if $1300 in roaming charges and have been told there were no notes about a third line. I can’t talk to a supervisor and I will move carriers over this. $1300 and no help.

    @ATTCares why do I have to contact customer service to get a replacement SIM card for free. Its poor customer service and makes the company look like they nickeled and dimed the customer. This is why I'm thinking about switching

    @ATT I had a LOT of trouble with TMobile getting my final bill & it's now past the "qualification" date to get my switch reward. Really?! You require the bill but it took them over 2 months to send it to me because of paperless billing. Is that how you get out of paying this?

    Not only has my @ATT fiber internet been down for over 17 hours, they have not even provided an update in over 12 hours. As someone who works from home, that is not acceptable. Time to research new ISP options
